Hyattsville Aging in Place organizes social lunches for neighbors, volunteers, and anyone looking to connect over a good meal! The meals create an opportunity to meet new friends, share stories, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

Each person covers the cost of their own meal, and HAP can help facilitate/provide transportation as needed. All lunches are at noon. To RSVP or ask questions, please email HAPcares@gmail.com. If you need a ride, call 301-887-3101.

Lunch specials at The Olive Garden include the soup, salad & bread sticks combo, for $9.99, well as lunch-sized favorites spaghetti, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken parmigiana for $8.99. Enjoy unlimited salad and breadsticks, pick your favorite appetizer (meatballs parmigiana anyone?) and/or a tasty Italian entree with seafood, meat or vegetarian options. Don’t forget the homemade soups and leave room for the tiramisu (or chocolate lasagna).
