On August 24, 2024, University of Maryland’s Craig Kier joined Corridor Conversations to talk about the Arts for All initiative at the University of Maryland. Arts for All partners the arts with the sciences, technology, and other disciplines to develop new and reimagined curricular and experiential offerings that nurture different ways of thinking to spark dialogue, understanding, problem solving and action. It bolsters a culture of creativity and innovation, making Maryland a national leader in leveraging the combined power of the arts, technology and social justice to collaboratively address the challenges we face in today’s world. Industry is demanding innovation and creative thinking, and Arts for All is an effort to support that need.
Corridor Conversations are organized by Hyattsville Aging in Place, Helping Hands University Park, Neighbors Helping Neighbors College Park, and Explorations on Aging.
