Habitat for Humanity: Home Repairs, Accessibility Modifications, and More

Habitat for Humanity is well known for the houses it builds for low income folks. The Suburban Maryland chapter of Habitat has built 67 such homes since it was established in 1982. But Habitat also runs other programs designed to help residents maintain or improve their homes. Chyna Diaz, director of Home Preservation, will explain how Habitat assists with home repairs, accessibility modifications, and climate resiliency.
